We, at e-Pay believe in providing our customers with world-class customer experience. In keeping with this mandate we have made it easier for our customers to pay their landline bills, through our portal. You name any operator (such as BSNL, TATA, Reliance,etc.,) we have it for you.

1 Landline Bills

  1. Check-in into any of our e-pay outlets for making payments.
  2. You need to enter your landline bill details online – the bill amount and bill due date are automatically displayed once you enter the required details.
  3. You choose the payment mode (Cheque / Cash / Card) and click on 'PAY' button.
  4. The kiosk confirms the bill details and payment details on the screen and prompts you to “Confirm” “Cancel”or “Edit” the same in case of any changes.
  5. Post confirmation of the transaction, we send you an email / SMS confirmation about the payment of your landline bill.

2 Internet Bills

e-Pay offers to clear your internet usage bill instantly. Just glance through few simple steps given below.

  1. Submit your internet bill details for payment.
  2. Payment can only be made for the list of billers available on the application.
  3. You choose the payment mode (Cheque / Cash / Card) and click on 'PAY' button.
  4. The kiosk confirms the bill details and payment details on the screen and prompts you to “Confirm” “Cancel”or “Edit” the same in case of any changes.
  5. Upon confirmation of the transaction, we send you an email / SMS confirmation about the payment of your internet bill.

3 Mobile Bills & Top-Ups

e-Pay claims to be the first of its kind in offering you to pay your mobile bills of any mobile operator/s through cash/card/cheques. Please check the information below.What more! You can also top-up your mobile and subscribe for add-on services such as Hello tunes and music and video downloads.

  1. Enter your details along with the payment information and mode.
  2. Our secure transaction system will update the biller and service provider instantly.
  3. The kiosk confirms the bill details and payment details on the screen and prompts you to “Confirm” “Cancel”or “Edit” the same in case of any changes.
  4. You choose the payment mode (Cheque / Cash / Card) and click on 'PAY' button.
  5. After confirming the transaction, we send you an email / SMS confirmation about the payment of your internet bill.
