1 Electricity Bills

1. You receive your physical paper bill from your service provider.
2. You need to enter your electricity bill details online – the bill amount and bill due date are automatically displayed once you enter the required details.
3. You choose the payment mode (Cheque / Cash / Card) and click on ‘PAY’ button.
4. The kiosk confirms the bill details and payment details on the screen and prompts you to “Confirm” “Cancel” or “Edit” the same in case of any changes.
5. Upon confirmation of the transaction, we send you an email / SMS confirmation about the payment of your electricity bill.

2 Water Bills

1. Your service provider will provide you physical paper bill.
2. You need to enter your water bill details online – the bill amount and bill due date are automatically displayed once you enter the required details.
3. You choose the payment mode (Cheque / Cash / Card) and click on ‘PAY’ button.
4. The kiosk confirms the bill details and payment details on the screen and prompts you to “Confirm” “Cancel” or “Edit” the same in case of any changes.
5. Upon confirmation of the transaction, we send you an email / SMS confirmation about the payment of your water bill.

3 Property Tax

1. You receive your physical paper bill from your local government office.
2. To pay property tax online, please enter 14 digit Property Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
3. You choose the payment mode (Cheque / Cash / Card) and click on ‘PAY’ button.
4. The kiosk confirms the bill details and payment details on the screen and prompts you to “Confirm” “Cancel”or “Edit” the same in case of any changes.
5. Upon confirmation of the transaction, we send you an email / SMS confirmation about the payment.
